I hope that one day I have a friend/in law/niece or nephew/child with a birthday right around the 4th of July so I can make these fabulous cupcakes (thanks to Martha's inspiration). I think they are so fun! As most of you know, I LOVE cake. And who doesn't love Jelly Bellys?? Tasty tasty!!
